Lower Murray River Holidays
This region is enclosed by the Murray River on its way to the coast at Lake Alexandrina, the border with Victoria, and south to the Western Highway as it crosses the border.
It is a place of unique lagoons and the pelicans at the Coorong National Park, agricultural communities in the small towns inland from the river and lots of fishing for both the fresh water and salt water enthusiast.
This is a region of citrus plantations, vineyards, riverland country clubs, houseboats and water sports. Absorb the regions history in small river townships and paddlewheel steamers on the Murray River.
